“Diakomihalis Travel & Shipping Agency / Rent a Car & Moto” was founded in 1985 by Diakomihalis Ilias making it the first travel agency on the island. In 1998 it expanded its activities with the establishment of the first car rental office in Nisyros and since 2002 It has been providing organized tours and transfers by coaches while from 2017 it has been continuing modernizing alternative activities. The head office is located in the centre of Mandraki, near the "Heroes” square and the Archaeological Museum and its brand office is located in the central harbor of the island, in Mandraki.

It is not an easy task: Nisyros is not a typical Greek island. Apart from the unique volcanic scenery with the ten active hydrothermal craters, the island has to show a great variety of the composition and shapes of rocks,rich vegetation, amazing fauna, authentic residents, traditional festivals, numerous monuments of culture and four picturesque villages.
